			Are you licensed?Yes, I am a licensed Broker in the State of Georgia.

			Can I reach you after hours?Yes, if necessary.

			Can you put the money directly into my account?Yes, all payments are made via direct deposit.

			Do I get to see the lease or sign it?You are welcome to see the lease and have a copy but Management signs all leases.

			Do you sell real estate too?Yes, but mostly limited to my current clients.

			How and when do I get my checks?You will receive a direct deposit into your chosen bank account once the tenant's payment has cleared the bank.
- 
			How is rent collection handled?Once the rent is collected, the management fee and any invoices are paid with the remaining balance sent to you.
- 
			How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?Equal to one month's rent.
- 
			How soon can you start managing my property?Immediately.

			What type of properties do you manage?Single family and duplexes.
- 
			What type of reports do I get and how often?You will receive a statement monthly around the 10th. You will also receive a full year statement with your 1099 by the 2nd week of January.

			Who holds the tenant security deposit?All security deposits are held in a separate trust account.
